Our approach includes one on one personal training with flexible scheduling, virtual options, and a focus on functional strength training exercises to help you feel stronger, more capable, and confident in your movement.
Every personalized coaching session is designed around your goals, abilities, and lifestyle. You’ll learn proper form, build strength safely, and work through targeted exercises, using functional strength training to help you progress each week.
Sessions can be in-person or virtual. You will also receive solo workouts to complete between sessions. Your personal trainer, Andrea, will be there to answer questions, track your progress, and adjust your program as needed. Recovery options and InBody Composition testing through EmergeCryo are also available to enhance your results.
